TERMS: Payment or Credit must be received before shipment can be made.

FREIGHT: F.O.B Our Warehouse

PRICE CHANGES: All prices subject to change without notice.

RETURNS: All material must be prepaid unless otherwise advised. No merchandise will be
accepted for returns which has been special ordered or held by the customer for more than 30 days. We
reserve the right to determine whether the material is eligible for credit. Credit can only be given for
product that can be returned to stock. Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 15%.

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and original
shipper (packing list) or invoice. Obtain RGA numbers from a customer service representative prior
to returning any materials.

RESPONSIBILITY: The value of the defective product or material sent in error is our only liability.
All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only as a convenience. All
specifications in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Photos shown herein are general
representations of the various items and may include optional equipment.

WARRANTY: As the seller we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance,
workmanship, fitness, quality, durability or suitability of the merchandise in any respect including its
fitness for the purpose and uses of the buyer.

The only warranties applying to material sold are those specifically provided by the manufacturer.
Seller further makes no express warranties or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness with
respect to any changes, alterations or modifications made in materials at the request or instruction of the
purchaser. The obligations of the seller are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or at its sole
option, to the refund of the purchase price. Seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

CLAIMS: All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. To expedite service please reference
our customer or invoice number. Damages incurred in commercial shipments must be claimed through the
common carrier.
